When I started the Semi-Automatic Card Trick series way back in 1993, I decided to include a spreadsheet at the end of each volume that would assist in constructing routines. This strategy went well and was favorably commented upon by those looking to combine the individual effects in a way that made sense structurally.
And then came Volume 10 where I, in an effort to keep the Routine Builder and its contents secret, proudly reprinted the Routine Builder for Volume 9 again... in the back of Volume 10.
